All United States currency, including this uncit currency sheer, is produced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) under the United States Department of the Treasury in 2009.

In 1986, the United States Treasury started processing and issuing United States paper currency with workers signing, separating, and trimming sheets of Demand Notes in the Treasury building.  This process became mechanized in 1862 and moved to the Treasiury Building where the plates were engraved and printed.  This was the basis of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP).  By 1877, the BEP was producing all United States currency as well as revenue stamps, government obligations, postage stampls and other government security documents.

The circulating paper money of the United States features the portraits of famous American Statemen and Presidents, with images reflective of the history of the nations.  United States currency also has the signatures of the Teeasurer of the United States and the Secretary of the Treasury.
