Obverse design: the 10 kilo silver coin depicts a German Shepherd, a smart and protective dog that bonds strongly with its keeper, the Chinese character for 'dog', the year-date, and also a border of bats and clouds, traditional Chinese symbols of health, peace and prosperity.

Reverse design features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the face value of AUD300. Each coin comes in a protective acrylic case.

Planned mintage: 1,000 pieces worldwide.
